Gervase Bushe
is the President of Clear Learning Ltd., a leadership development firm with associates throughout North America, Europe and Asia. He is also Professor of Leadership and Organization Development in the Beedie School of Business, Simon Fraser University.

Gervase is an award winning author in the field of organizational change and development and on the editorial boards of both scholarly and practical journals. He is listed in Who's Who in Canadian Business. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University.

Gervase has 30 years of successful consulting experience, working with companies to redesign their structures, change their cultures, improve their customer satisfaction and increase their operational effectiveness. He’s known internationally for his innovative work on appreciative inquiry and leadership. He has coached numerous executives and worked with executive and managerial teams. He also has an extensive background in the design and delivery of management training programs in the areas of organizational change and innovation, leadership, human relations, group dynamics, management, organization design, productivity, quality improvement, organizational learning and organizational culture. He has given numerous speeches to corporate audiences, professional associations, and radio, television and newspaper interviews.

Dag Furst
is President of Furst Consulting Limited, a network of organization development consultants with Dag Furst as its principal. Dag has been an independent consultant since he left Touche Ross (now Deloitte Touche) Management Consultants. With an educational background in Industrial Engineering (Master's Degree) and an initial career in IT (IBM), he has extensive training and over 30 years of successful consulting experience in Change Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Leadership Development and Total Quality Management. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.

Dag’s mission is to help develop performing and learning organizations by maximizing individual and team contribution.

Dag combines his business, technical and behavioural knowledge to develop practical and successful approaches to organizational change and improvements. With most of his clients Dag acts as an architect of change, facilitator in building strong organizations, and guide in learning and improvement. His approach is to avoid "template" solutions. With his understanding of business needs, technical demands and human dynamics, he assists clients develop solutions that are immediately relevant and that are truly theirs.
