The number of participants ideal for running Real Time ranges from 18 to 30. We’ve worked with groups as large as 50 and as small as 16. With 18-24 participants we use 3-4 facilitators to ensure maximum learning for the participants. With more than 24 participants we have 4-5 staff members, sometimes more depending on client need.

A course is usually three days long, with the afternoon of the third day devoted to back home transfer of learning. We can also offer the course in an innovative two day format, starting the afternoon of day 1 and ending at lunch of day 3. The cost for either type of delivery is the same.
As a large part of the costs in delivering Real Time is at the front end; per person costs decrease the more times an organization plans to offer it. The cost also depends on how in-depth the organization wants to model its specific business and organizational dynamics. By using “off the shelf” components to construct the simulated organization we can offer a one time experience for a lower cost.

With clients who use Real Time as a critical part of organizational change and transformation we will work with you to develop mutually acceptable deliverables and costs.

We can license trainers who have the right skills to lead RealTime after a period of being trained by us. This can significantly lower the cost for organizations with internal training and development competence that want to provide this experience to a large number of employees.
